Once you have requested an order, you will receive a confirmation of your order request by email. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. The order is not binding until it is approved by Anna Komar. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation with estimated time of delivery by email. If, for any reason, Anna Komar is unable to fulfill your order, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity.

All prices are indicated in USD(En) and RUB(Ru), 4% Russian sales (self-employed) tax is included. Delivery charge or local customs fee, tax and duties are not included. Anna Komar is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs.

All pieces available for purchasing at aninatureart.ru are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please expect turnaround time and shipment of your order 7-14 days. annakomar.art online shop offers worldwide shipping. You can also collect your purchase in Khabarovsk to avoid shipping costs.

Return of your purchase may be made within 14 days of receiving a piece purchased directly through aninatureart.ru. If you wish to return a piece, it must be undamaged, unused and clean. Please email ani.nature.art@gmail.com before sending your piece back to confirm you are doing so. If you regret your purchase, please send or deliver the item to: Anna Komar, Russia, 380032, Khabarovsk, Brigadniy proezd 9, 70.

Please inform of your shipping tracking number by email to info.annakomar@gmail.com. You must return the item in the original packaging. You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You carry the risk of the package yourself until it is received by Anna Komar. The costs associated with the return will be covered by you. The item must be shipped no later than 14 days after you have notified that you wish to cancel your purchase. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Private commissions and custom-made pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

All pieces are made by hand by Anna Komar in Khabarovsk, Russia. Every effort is made to ensure colors appear as realistic as possible. However, due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, the exact color depiction cannot be guaranteed.

Anna Komar is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is received securely through SSL and will not be disclosed to any unauthorised third parties.

The agreement to sell and purchase items from aninatureart.ru shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russia.
